Timothy McDonald (Director)

Director, playwright, CEO of iTheatrics.com. Tim got his start by cajoling neighborhood kids (and his sister Tammy) to perform home grown musicals written and directed by Tim, and featuring songs from his vast collection of K-Tel albums. Alas, Tim was too early for the jukebox musical phenomenon of the early twenty first century. Tim spends days making the world safe for children and theatre at iTheatrics (iTheatrics.com). Early mornings are dedicated to writing the great American musical, and evenings are home with the husband and dog, or in the garden, weather permitting. Credits Tim's mom cares about: For the Kennedy Center: director of The Phantom Tollbooth, playwright of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka. For Music Theatre International (MTIshows.com) developed Broadway Junior, KIDS Collection and School Edition musicals. With Disney Theatrical Productions, developed/adapted twelve (and counting) animations titles from screen to stage. Current passions: James and the Giant Peach and Jim Henson's Emmet Otter's Jug-band Christmas opening in December at Goodspeed Musicals!
